Alsap (ALSP2) Method
"Changing Environment, Changing Technology" Next Generation Aluminum Alloy System Formwork Method
Morita Construction will continue to develop with its construction technologies and in-house capabilities, which serve as three arrows. It has been about half a century since concrete formwork plywood (commonly known as 'conpane') became widespread, and now most of it relies on imported materials from Southeast Asian countries. A large portion of the raw timber comes from tropical rainforest hardwoods, and the logging and production of these materials have become significant environmental destruction issues. We at Morita Construction have developed 'formwork materials utilizing aluminum alloys' that make it possible to drastically reduce the amount of conpane used. Aluminum formwork materials are suitable for environmental preservation from product production to on-site use and final disposal. Furthermore, they can be utilized as a system formwork that can implement various labor-saving methods to address the recent issue of labor shortages in skilled trades. We offer the 'Next Generation Aluminum Alloy System Formwork Arusapp (ALSP2) Method,' developed to enable even unskilled workers to perform high-precision construction safely.
